Shipping policy

We are an online-only store based in the UK. All orders are packed and dispatched from our home studio, Monday to Friday.

Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery: 2–3 working days — £4.99
Free standard delivery on all orders over £50
Express delivery: next working day (order before 12pm Monday–Friday)  £6.99

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. SOAPHERA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery
We currently ship within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future  sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please contact us at hello@soaphera.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
