SOAPHERA is an online-only handmade soap brand based in the UK. We are a small independent business operating from a home studio.

Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Product Description
Our products are handmade in small batches. Minor natural variations in colour, size, scent, and appearance between batches are to be expected and are not considered defects. Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page.

Allergens and Skin Sensitivity
Please read all ingredient information carefully before purchasing. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, contact us before ordering. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. SOAPHERA accepts no liability for reactions arising from failure to check ingredients or perform a patch test.
